Newly acquired site with trainer and staff accommodation included.
Facilities:
• 15 fixed stables
• 3 demountable stables
• Sand roll
• Horse walker
• 3-bedroom brick house
• 1-bedroom granny flat
All stabling is leased at market value with a ‘per-box, per-week’ rate and utilities charged additionally on consumption. Accommodation is charged at market rates.

Expressions are to be returned by Tuesday, 15th July 2025 for an immediate move-in date.
The stabling at this facility is to be reserved for horses currently in work only. The premises are not to be used for pre-training horses on behalf of other trainers.
