All stabling is leased at market value with a ‘per-box, per-week’ rate and utilities charged additionally on consumption. Accommodation is charged at market rates.

The stabling at this facility is to be reserved for horses currently in work only. The premises are not to be used for pre-training horses on behalf of other trainers.
