Stablehands 2% Payment

Welcome to the Racing NSW payment system for the allocation of 2% of prizemoney to Licensed Staff of Trainers.

Trainers or their licensed staff can log-in below by entering their license number and personal details. Your licence number is printed on your Photo ID licence card.

Trainers are asked to enter their licencees hours for the Quarterly period just finished.

Staff are asked to provide their bank account details for direct payment by Racing NSW.

How do the payments work? Please click here to view more information on the payments.

Once the information is lodged, Payments are batched and generally paid a short time after the Quarterly lodgement.

Please click here to read the Questions and Answers page.

NOTE: To qualify for the payments, licensed Stablehands must be registered in their home State, and employed by Trainers licensed in that State at which the horse earning prizemoney is stabled.

Therefore, if you are a licensed stablehand or foreman of a Trainer that qualifies, you will be eligible for payments provided the Trainer who employs you pays you wages at or above the relevant award rate (up to maximum $38.05 per hour) and you work a minimum of 4 paid hours per week or 50 paid hours per Quarter.

NSW Trainers and their Licensed Staff please refer to the NSW Terms and Conditions
