1. Racing NSW Privacy Policy

Racing NSW has updated its Privacy Policy to reflect the use of third-party providers of business support services such as IT providers, who are based overseas. This may include disclosing relevant personal information to approved service providers engaged by Racing NSW to assist with these functions. Racing NSW will only disclose information where it is reasonably necessary and will require service providers to handle information in accordance with applicable privacy obligations.
