Race 1 - 12:15PM GODOLPHIN FAMILY FUNDAY 20 JULY MIDWAY 3YO&UP MDN (1000M)

9. Straandstorm ran fifth in both her starts on the Kensington track at Randwick and Kembla Grange un her initial campaign. She resumed from a spell with a fourth at Goulburn on the back of a trial at Warwick Farm. She wasn’t beaten too far in the Goulburn event and should be better with that run under her belt. 1. Mr Antares is on debut having had two trials in preparation. He ran second in the latest of them at Canterbury and looks primed to run well. 3. Anne is resuming from a spell after two solid runs back in February and March. She’s had two trials to be fitted for this. 4. Tides Turning ran fifth here on debut after leading and should be better for the experience.

Race 2 - 12:50PM DAVO'S DASH 2YO MAIDEN HANDICAP (1000 METRES)

10. Kiss Goodnight impressed when winning her most recent trial and is set to run well, while 4. Not So Wrong has performed well in his two trials and is worth including. 3. Melanite is resuming from a spell and has drawn to get a good run on the back of two recent trial wins. 2. Flying Artisam is a colt on debut after a couple of trials and he looks poised to run well.

How to play it: Kiss Goodnight WIN.

Race 3 - 1:25PM HRC MOTEL PROVINCIAL CLASS 1 HANDICAP (1400 METRES)

1. Bella Khadijah is a winner of one from eight with a further four minor placings to her name. She hasn’t raced since finishing fifth on the Kensington track back in January and has had two strong trials in preparation for this. She is primed to run well. 2. Caelus led throughout to score at this track when last produced, while 5. Jared can improve on his latest two starts. 3. Johnny Smash was a Wyong winner two starts ago and has claims with a repeat of that.

How to play it: Bella Khadijah WIN.

Race 4 - 2:05PM GOTTA GO GLADYS SUPER MAIDEN PLATE (1300 METRES)

1. Cross Tasman had a trial early in the year and then had two recent hitouts before debuting with a good fourth on the Kensington track at Randwick. He only needs to run up to that effort in this to be hard to hold out from the inside draw. 7. Cinsault has been placed in each of her seven starts including both runs back from a spell at Warwick Farm and Canterbury. 6. Wa Wa Wa was placed in his first three starts and resumed with a fourth at Canterbury. 13. Mountain Queen has looked good in two trials and is not out of this.

How to play it: Cross Tasman EACH WAY.

Race 5 - 2:40PM INGLIS XTRA BONUS MAIDEN PLATE (1600 METRES)

1. Aloysius ran second in two Randwick trials before making his debut with a fourth as favourite on the Kensington track when racing on the speed and being beaten less than two and a half lengths. He’s up in distance for this. 14. Zeljko resumed with a strong finishing second at Newcastle and can be prominent again with a repeat of that. 13. Pierro’s Girl ran a good third at Warwick Farm before failing to fire at Canterbury last time out. 9. Sleuth ran well when a last start second at Canterbury and can show up with a repeat of that.

Race 6 - 3:20PM BRAD WIDDUP RACING CLASS 1 HANDICAP (1000 METRES)

5. Our Little Star was a trial winner at Warwick Farm before resuming with a third at the same track. She had no luck in the straight when a last start fifth at Gosford and with better luck here she can atone. 1. Regimental Colours was slow to begin but overcame that to score a strong last start Warwick Farm win. 2. Against The Law resumes here after two trials and should be ready to sprint week. 6. Detain is a former New Zealander on debut for a new stable here after a couple of recent trials.

Race 7 - 3:55PM ESSENTIAL ASSET + FIRE CONDITIONAL BM68 HANDICAP (1100 METRES)

8. Mal Coupe followed a second at Canberra with a runaway win at Bathurst. He since ran second at Gosford when racing on the speed and boxing on well. 1. Duke Of Bronte won a Randwick Highway last November. He was down on form before being spelled but is a trial winner leading into this. 5. Time For Victory was a Taree winner three starts ago and has the talent to make an impact on best form. 2. Oakfield Badger has been racing well in Saturday Midway events of late and warrants plenty of thought.

How to play it: Mal Coupe WIN.

Race 8 - 4:35PM CLARENDON TAVERN BENCHMARK 64 HANDICAP (1600 METRES)

11. Hard Pick led throughout to win at this track three starts ago and ran well again when second at Gosford last time out. He should give a bold sight again. 9. Tip Top Timing has the ability to get into the money on his best form. 5. Unusual Prospect resumed from a spell with a dominant Gosford victory and can go on with the job. 1. Akkadian Emperor resumes in this after two trials and looks set to run well fresh.

How to play it: Hard Pick EACH WAY.
