Sydney winter racing this Saturday heats up with a class line-up of big race jockeys featuring on the program, as Rosehill Gardens hosts 10 races with 121 starters.

Headline hoop Kerrin McEvoy returns from a mid-year break joining Brenton Avdulla, Hugh Bowman, Rachel King, Kathy O’Hara, and others on the card with each race worth a minimum of $150,000 in prizemoney (excluding Midway and TAB Highway races).

With 102 metropolitan wins for the season so far at an average 21.7% strike rate, reigning Sydney Premiership-winning jockey James McDonald is set to return to the saddle on Wednesday 20 July at Royal Randwick as he looks to close out a sixth premiership title.

General Admission customers can enjoy major savings over the coming months with the new Sydney Winter Racing Super Pass at just $79.

The Super Pass allows General Admission entry to all Saturday meetings through to 10 September, including the Group 1 Winx Stakes Day and Chelmsford Stakes Day at Royal Randwick, and Run To The Rose Day at Rosehill Gardens.

Australian Turf Club is also offering a new Punters Pack special with a $39 ticket ($60 value) which includes General Admission entry, two Furphy beverage vouchers, a $10 food voucher and a racebook.

First release Early Bird discounts are also available now and until 31 July for General Admission racegoers to the upcoming world-class Sydney Everest Carnival.

This year’s highly anticipated Carnival will feature six Group 1 races, 28 Group & Listed races and a record $58.8m in prizemoney across eight weeks (September 17 to November 5).
