Amor Victorious To Carry 1kg Over (Randwick, Sat)
Connections of AMOR VICTORIOUS, which is an acceptor in Race 9 at Royal Randwick on Saturday (10th February), claimed true weight of 52kg at the time of acceptances, however, a rider had not been engaged to ride the horse as per the requirements of LR25A and the Racing NSW Policy regarding true weight.
As there is currently no rider available to ride Amor Victorious at 52kg, Racing NSW Stewards have permitted Tom Sherry to ride 1kg over its declared weight at 53kg.
Trainer Bjorn Baker will be interview by Stewards in respect of this matter at the Randwick meeting tomorrow.
