Trainer Geoff Duryea Reports To Stewards - News Girl

Trainer Geoff Duryea has informed Racing NSW Stewards that News Girl, a potential runner in the 2020 The Kosciuszko, has shown some signs of lameness in the off foreleg after working on Saturday, 29 August 2020.

He has advised the lameness has not improved since and his intention is to have the mare subject to a full veterinary examination to identify the reason for the lameness.

Once those results are known a further report will be made to Racing NSW Stewards. News Girl will require a veterinary clearance before racing again.
