Racing NSW Stewards this morning have reported the following updates from stables:-

Zousain: Charlie Duckworth, representing trainer Chris Waller, advised Racing NSW Stewards that Zousain galloped 1000m this morning and was subject to an endoscopic examination post-work.  The endoscopic examination revealed no abnormalities and a blood test for health assessment performed yesterday returned pleasing results. Zousain will accept for the Golden Rose to be conducted this Saturday at Rosehill Gardens.

Avilius: Trainer James Cummings informed Racing NSW Stewards this morning that it is his intention to start Avilius in The Bart Cummings to be conducted at Flemington on 6 October 2018 and the gelding has been withdrawn from the nominations for The Metropolitan.
