Please note the following for Warwick Farm on Wednesday (1st May):-

Race 1, No.9 - JOLIETTE (NZ): The Chris Waller stable has advised Racing NSW Stewards that the filly underwent surgery to remove bone chips from the front fetlock on 14/11/18. She has trialled since on two occasions (Warwick Farm 12/4/19 and Canterbury 23/4/19).

Race 3, No.9 - PURE FAITH: The Richard Freedman stable has advised Stewards that the filly underwent tie-back surgery on 12/11/18. She has trialled since on two occasions (Rosehill 8/4/19 and Canterbury 23/4/19).

Race 7, No.11 - ART OF MORE: Trainer Anthony Cummings has advised the gelding underwent throat surgery on 24/11/18. The trainer also reported the horse has since undergone a second throat operation and trialled at Canterbury Park on 23/4/19.
