REASONS FOR DECISION ON STAY APPLICATION
This matter concerns an application for a stay of a suspension imposed by the Stewards pursuant to AR 23(a). That suspension has been in effect since 28 June 2023 when charges were laid alleging that the Appellant breached AR227(b) by being a “party to another person who committed a breach of the Rules” because she is alleged to have been present on 14 October 2022.
