Randwick Track Update - June 10, 2017

Nevesh Ramdhani, Royal Randwick’s Racecourse Manager, says that there is no sign of surface water on the track ahead of tomorrow’s meeting and that it is “certainly safe for racing.”

“110mm has fallen since Tuesday night and as I stand here right now, the track is rated a Heavy 9. It’s handled that deluge of rain exceptionally well,” Ramdhani said.

Ramdhani then added that the track is “probably heading closer to a heavy 8.”
