Racing Appeals Tribunal - Carl Poidevin (Jurisdiction Decision)

Appeal by Racing NSW in relation to licensed trainer Mr Carl Poidevin in respect of ARR175(g) and ARR 178AB (2 matters).

This Appeal was heard on Friday, 19 October 2018 commencing at 10am. The Racing Appeals Tribunal has handed down its Reserved Decision on Jurisdiction in the Appeal by Racing NSW and deferred decision on penalty for further submissions.
