Please note Trainer licenses for the current season have been extended by a month and will close on Thursday, 31 July 2025. Current licences for all other categories will expire on Monday, 30 June 2025.

Racing NSW requests that 2025/26 licence applications are completed online this season via the SNS. Please note Racing NSW will not be accepting paper-based applications.

The online system for 2025/26 licenses for the above mentioned categories have been activated and are now available.

All persons licensed in these categories during the 2024/25 season have been sent an email containing instructions on how to complete this process.

If you did not receive the mentioned email you should contact Racing NSW Licensing Department to provide a current email address that is not used or shared with another licensed person.

Racing NSW will then arrange for the email to be sent to the email address provided.

Trainers are required to complete their 2025/26 application via their My Horse Portal or Stable Assist account. All other licence types are required to access their licence application via their User Registration account which they used to licence in previous seasons.

Any persons that cannot recall their password used to log in to the system should use the 'Forgot your Password' option found at the User Registration login page via the link userreg.racingaustralia.horse/User/Login
