Licensed Riders' Agent Mark Van Triet - Disqualified For 4½ Months
Racing NSW Stewards have conducted an inquiry into licensed Riders' Agent Mark Van Triet placing bets and/or having an interest in bets on NSW Thoroughbred races in which riders he was a Riders' Agent for were riding in.
Evidence yesterday was taken from Mr Van Triet via video conference. Racing NSW Stewards also consider a brief of evidence which identified numerous bets being placed by Mr Van Triet through multiple Wagering Operators in breach of NSW LR71A.
