The Appeal Panel has confirmed a date for the appeal of licensed jockey Blake Shinn. The hearing is set as Friday, 28 July 2017 at the offices of Racing NSW, not before 11:30am (follows the appeal of jockey Jake Pracey-Holmes).

Blake Shinn: Has lodged an appeal against penalty after pleading guilty under AR137(a) after his ride on Invincible Knight in Race 9 (#Theraces Handicap, 1500m) at Royal Randwick Racecourse on Saturday, 22 July 2017.
