Appeals Lodged By Wayne Martyn And Bryan Dixon

Licensed trainer Wayne Martyn has lodged an appeal against penalty after being found guilty by Racing NSW Stewards under LR80A following an inquiry into the leading of the mare Sea Lady from a white four-wheel drive wagon on Coonabarabran Racecourse. Following the Stewards inquiry on 24 May 2018, Mr Martyn was suspended for six months to commence on Thursday, 24th May 2018 and to expire on Saturday, 24th November 2018. On application of the Appellant, which was not opposed by the Stewards, the penalty imposed by Stewards is stayed until further order of the Panel. A date for this Appeal is yet to be set.

Bryan Dixon
Licensed trainer Bryan Dixon has lodged an appeal against penalty after being found guilty by Racing NSW Stewards under LR80A following an inquiry into the leading of the gelding The Clash from a white Mitsubishi dual cab ute on Gilgandra Racecourse. Following the Stewards inquiry on 24 May 2018, Mr Dixon was suspended for six months to commence on Thursday, 24th May 2018 and to expire on Saturday, 24th November 2018. On application of the Appellant, which was not opposed by the Stewards, the penalty imposed by Stewards is stayed until further order of the Panel. A date for this Appeal is yet to be set.
