Stewards Hearing - Jockey Adam Hyeronimus & Stablehand Blake Paine

Hearing of charges issued against jockey Adam Hyeronimus and stablehand Blake Paine

Racing NSW Stewards have issued the following charges against jockey Adam Hyeronimus and stablehand Blake Paine, which are due to be heard at the Offices of Racing NSW on Thursday 11 and Friday 12 June 2020 commencing at 9:30am.

The charges were issued on 6 August 2019, however, the hearing of the charges was delayed after acceding to an application from solicitor Mr Paul O’Sullivan, representing A Hyeronimus, that the charges should not be determined until a decision in the matter of Racing NSW v Fletcher before the NSW Court Of Appeal was handed down in respect to use of mobile telephone data.
