Newcastle's Carnival Accommodation Offer - Jockeys & Trainers

Jockeys
Newcastle Jockey Club would like to provide a $100 voucher to any non-Newcastle based jockey who is riding on both days of its upcoming Spring Carnival (Friday 14 & Saturday 15 September) to stay in Newcastle on the Friday night.

All jockeys must do is provide the club (either posted ‘Attention: Michael Buckley’ or emailed to racing@njc.com.au with a copy of the invoice (limited obviously to 1 per jockey) in their name with a specific reference from the hotel/motel to ‘Newcastle Jockey Club’ (or NJC) built into the original invoice i.e not hand-written. This is important so that we know that the venue understands your stay is part of our Spring Carnival.

Once presented to the club, the NJC will transfer $100 to the account of your choice. PLEASE NOTE: Jockeys must have at least one ride on each day of the Carnival and must ride(s) on both the Friday and the Saturday and runners must run and not be scratched – except for scratchings with an appropriate vet certificate or at the barrier.
