Licensed Jockey Blake Shinn Lodges Appeal

Licensed jockey Blake Shinn has lodged an appeal against conviction and penalty after being found guilty by Racing NSW Stewards under AR137(a) after his ride on Samadoubt in Race 4 (Win 10K Cash at Canterbury Nights Hcp, 1100m) at Canterbury Park on Friday, 1 December 2017.

On this date, Mr Shinn was suspended for a period commencing Thursday 7th December to Friday, 22nd December 2017 on which day he may resume riding. This appeal has been set for Tuesday, 12th December 2017 commencing at 9.30am at the offices of Racing NSW.
