Appeal Lodged By Licensed Jockey Lee Magorrian

Licensed jockey Lee Magorrian has lodged an Appeal against conviction and penalty after being found guilty by Racing NSW Stewards under AR137(a) after his ride on Kashtan in Race 7 (C,G & E Benchmark 58 Handicap, 1280m) at Muswellbrook Race Club on Tuesday, 29th January 2019.

Following a Stewards inquiry, Mr Magorrian was suspended for a period commencing Thursday, 7 February and to expire on Wednesday, 13 February 2019 on which day he may ride.

This Appeal is set to be heard on Wednesday, 6 February 2019 commencing at 9:30am.
