Jockey Brendan Ward Returns To Riding After Breaking Hip

Jockey Brendan Ward has returned to track work after breaking his hip just before Christmas last year.

He was riding in a jump out at Thoroughbred Park on 20th December 2017 when he fell.

Ward had to have a rod and screws implanted in his hip which has since healed perfectly.

Ward will resume race riding at Moruya on Saturday, 31st March 2018.
