Injured Riders Update - (Winona Costin & Tara Lambert)

Jockey Winona Costin suffered an injury to her mouth after a horse made contact in the trainers' area at Randwick during trackwork this morning (Tuesday 31st December). An ambulance attended to Winona, however, no further medical assistance was required.
[Update at 10:30am on Tuesday]: Dr. Duckworth has since reported Winona just has a bruise around her eye and there are no other injuries.

Stablehand/trackwork rider Tara Lambert was dislodged when her mount collided with another horse during trackwork at Goulburn this morning (31st December). Tara has pain to her tailbone, a suspected rib injury and a cut to her chin. She has been transported to Goulburn Hospital.
[Update at 10:30am on Tuesday]: Dr. Duckworth reports Tara has been cleared of any fractures but is having a CT scan of her pelvis and coccyx to exclude any other injuries.
