Quirindi Races (Thursday) - Transferred To Tamworth
The Quirindi race meeting scheduled for Thursday (7th August) has been transferred to TAMWORTH RACECOURSE.
Quirindi's course has been deemed unsuitable for racing after receiving 65mls of rainfall over the last seven days.
As a result the following race distance amendments apply:
Country Boosted Benchmark 58 Handicap, 1450m - is now 1400m
Maiden Plate, 1100m - now 1000m
Country Boosted Maiden Plate, 1450m - now 1400m
NOTE: A Benchmark 66 Handicap, 1200m has been added to this program with ballot preference given to those horses accepted in the Benchmark 66 Handicap, 1300m on the abandoned Gunnedah program. Nominations close for this race at 4pm Monday (4th August).
