Latest Wet Weather Update – NSW Race Meetings

Please be advised with the heavy rainfall experienced in NSW, the following updates provide information for upcoming race meetings.

NOTE: Polytrack Provincial Championships Qualifier
The Kembla Grange Provincial Championships qualifier not run at Goulburn on Saturday has been rescheduled to Saturday, 3 April 2021.

The Wyong Provincial Championships qualifier will be run on Saturday, 27 March 2021 as previously scheduled.

FRIDAY (26th March)
SAPPHIRE COAST (Heavy 9)
The course is currently a Heavy 9 having received 107mls during the last 24hrs and 220mls for the week. The rail is out from the 800m to the 350m where the cutaway applies.  However, the track is expected to improve rapidly with a 28-degree day (Weds) and fine weather with rain having stopped at 10pm on Tuesday. MUSWELLBROOK (Heavy 9)
The course is currently a Heavy 9 having received 7mls during the last 24hrs and 89mls for the week. The rail is in the True position with fine weather now forecast until raceday.

SATURDAY (27th March)
ROSEHILL GARDENS (Heavy 9)
The course is currently a Heavy 9 having received no rain during the last 24hrs and 322.2mls for the week. The rail is out 3m the entire circumference.

WYONG (Heavy 10)
The course is currently a Heavy 10 having received no rain during the last 24hrs and 400mls for the week. The rail is in the True position.

PORT MACQUARIE (Heavy 10)
The course is currently a Heavy 10 having received no rain during the last 24hrs and 516mls for the week. The rail is out 4m the entire circumference.

WELLINGTON (Heavy 8)
The course is currently a Heavy 8 having received no rain during the last 24hrs and 113mls for the week, however, the track is a Heavy 10 from the 600m to the 500m. The rail is in the True position.

TULLIBIGEAL - non-TAB (Heavy 8)
The course is currently a Heavy 8 having received no rain during the last 24hrs and 85mls for the week. The rail is in the True position.

HOLBROOK (non-TAB) - ABANDONED
This race meeting has been abandoned.

SUNDAY (28th March)
WELLINGTON (Heavy 8)
The course is currently a Heavy 8 having received no rain during the last 24hrs and 113mls for the week, however, the track is a Heavy 10 from the 600m to the 500m. The rail is in the True position.

ARMIDALE (Heavy 9)
The course is currently a Heavy 9 having received no rain during the last 24hrs and 78mls for the week. The rail is in the True position.

MONDAY (29th March)
GRAFTON (Heavy 8)
The course is rated a Heavy 8 having received no rain during the last 24hrs and 180mls for the week. Rain has now ceased and with hot days (approx 30 deg) forecast until raceday, there will continue to be further improvement to the surface until raceday. The rail is out 6m from the 800m to the 400m, and out 4.5m the remainder.

TUESDAY (30th March)
NEWCASTLE (Heavy 8)
The course is rated a Heavy 8 having received no rain during the last 24hrs and 400mls for the week. The rail is in the True position.

WEDNESDAY (31st March)
WARWICK FARM (Heavy 10)
The course is rated a Heavy 10 having received no rain during the last 24hrs and 346.5mls for the week. The rail is out 3m the entire circumference.
