Employment Opportunity: Racecourse Manager (CRJC - Grafton)

Clarence River Jockey Club is currently seeking applications for the position of Racecourse Manager.

The Club is one of the leading NSW Country Race Clubs conducting over 25 Thoroughbred race meetings each year including the five days of the famous July Racing Carnival.

In addition, the Club hosts a variety of functions and events at the racecourse including weddings, corporate and social events.

The successful applicant will continue the strong progress of the club and manage all aspects of the tracks, stables and facilities. As Racecourse Manager you will work effectively with, and be responsible to, the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Clarence River Jockey Club.

To be considered for the position you will have the ability to forge effective working relationships at all levels especially industry participants.

Excellent leadership, communication, organisational and management skills are essential and a fundamental knowledge of and genuine interest in the horse racing industry is desired.
