Ballina (Tuesday) - Transferred To Murwillumbah

Racing NSW Stewards have conducted an inspection of Ballina Racecourse following approximately 45mls of rain on Saturday (4th December) & 10mls on Sunday morning (5th December), and as a consequence deemed the track unsuitable for racing.

Several racecourses in the Northern Rivers Region have also been inspected to ascertain their viability of conducting a race meeting on Tuesday (7th December) following heavy rainfall in the area.

As a result the Ballina race meeting scheduled for Tuesday has been transferred to Murwillumbah which is currently the most suitable alternative for racing, however, the track will require favourable weather conditions with a track inspection to take place tomorrow morning.
