Apprentice jockey Georgina McDonnell, currently indentured to Port Macquarie trainer Allan Kehoe, will be moving to Dubbo on 18th May.

Georgina wins a heat of the Rising Star Series on Gold Rhapsody at Port Macquarie

Georgina, 29, will be on loan to trainer Clint Lundholm, having ridden seven winners all at different courses: Coffs Harbour, Kempsey, Taree, Tuncurry, Wauchope, Port Macquarie and Bowraville.

"I’m still learning the ropes but hope to get more rides around Dubbo with Mr Lundholm," Georgina said. "I can claim three kilos and my riding weight is 52 kilos.

"I’ve had a few setbacks with a broken hand and broken ribs, but I just want to work hard and ride."
