Racing NSW's Appointment Of Steward Wade Birch

Racing NSW is pleased to announce the appointment of Wade Birch to the position of Senior Stipendiary Steward with the Racing NSW Stewards panel.

Wade has extensive experience in integrity operations within the thoroughbred industry having been the Chief Steward for Queensland Racing and General Manager of Integrity in that state.

More recently he has undertaken consultancy work for international racing jurisdictions.

Racing NSW General Manager of Integrity Marc Van Gestel, said: “Wade’s appointment further enhances the depth of the Racing NSW Stewards panel and highlights Racing NSW’s ongoing commitment to integrity.

"Wade is a highly skilled Steward and will be a great asset for Racing in NSW.”

Wade will commence duties with Racing NSW on 2 June 2019.
