Stables Report To Stewards - Friday (23rd April) To Monday (26th April)

Please note the following:

TAMWORTH (Friday 23rd April)
Race 8, No.7 - MURUNGAL: The Con Karakatsanis stable advised the colt has undergone tie-back surgery since its last start on 9 July 2020. The horse has since trialled satisfactorily at Randwick on 9/4/21.

ROYAL RANDWICK (Saturday 24th April)
Race 1, No.2 - MR WONG: Trainer Stephen Jones advised the gelding has undergone a tie-forward procedure since its last race start. The horse has since had one trial (Scone 31/3/2021).

KEMBLA GRANGE (Saturday 24th April)
Race 1, No.6 - MAREEBA: Trainer Brad Widdup advised the filly has undergone a tie-back operation. The horse has since trialled on three occasions (Gosford 25/11/2020, Canterbury Park 15/12/2020 and Randwick 11/3/2021).

KENSINGTON TRACK (Sunday 25th April)
Race 6, No.1 - CINQUEDEA (NZ): The Michael and Richard Freedman stable advised the gelding underwent tie-back surgery since its last race start. The horase has since had one trial (Rosehill 29/3/21).
Race 6, No.9 - EL BUENA: The Chris Waller stable notified Stewards on Tuesday that EL BUENA had sustained an abrasion to its off-side hip. The gelding was subsequently examined by Racing NSW Veterinarian, Dr James Cleland this morning and was deemed suitable to start.
Race 7, No.6 - LINA’S HERO: The Chris Waller stable notified Stewards on Tuesday that LINA’S HERO had sustained multiple abrasions to its near side hind cannon. The gelding was subsequently examined by RNSW Veterinarian, Dr James Cleland this morning and was deemed suitable to start.

GOSFORD (Sunday 25th April)
Race 4, No.9 - MAREEBA: Trainer Brad Widdup advised the filly has undergone a tie-back operation. The horse has since trialled on three occasions (Gosford 25/11/2020, Canterbury Park 15/12/2020 and Randwick 11/3/2021).
Race 6, No.7 - RAHNI FACTOR: Trainer Gregory McFarlane has reported the filly has had anthroscopic surgery to its near fore-knee since its most recent start. The filly has since trialled (Gosford 7/4/21).
R6, No.8 - DUCHESS: The Richard & Michael Freedman stable advised the filly underwent surgery for a corneal ulcer in the right eye. The horse has since trialled (Randwick 9/4/21).

PORT MACQUARIE (Monday 26th April)
Race 4, No.1 - SARAH ELIZABETH: The Kim Waugh stable advised the mare underwent epiglottic entrapment surgery since its most recent race start. The mare has trialled successfully on two occasions since the surgery.
Race 7, No.2 - MURUNGAL: The Con Karakatsanis stable advised the colt has undergone tie-back surgery since its last start on 9 July 2020. The horse has since trialled satisfactorily at Randwick on 9/4/21.
