Gear Clarification - Summer In Siam (Tues & Weds)
Racing NSW Stewards wish to clarify the gear to be worn by SUMMER IN SIAM (trained by Annabel Neasham) which has been accepted to race at both Newcastle (Tuesday 30th May) and Warwick Farm (Wednesday 31st May).
A gear change was approved this morning for Blinkers OFF (first time), however, this gear change will only apply should the gelding race at Warwick Farm where it is an acceptor in Race 5 (No.10).
Should SUMMER IN SIAM race at Newcastle where it is an acceptor in both Race 6 (No.3) and Race 7 (No.17 emergency) then the gear change is not approved for this race meeting and it will continue to race with Blinkers ON.
