Wyong Races (Saturday) - Transferred To Newcastle

The Wyong race meeting scheduled for Saturday (26th March) has been transferred to Newcastle Racecourse.

Racing NSW Stewards inspected Wyong Racetrack and deemed it unsuitable for racing following recent heavy rainfall.

With a forecast for further rainfall tonight and tomorrow the decision was made to transfer to Newcastle where the track is currently rated a Soft 6 and the rail is in the True position.

As a result, the following race distance amendments apply:

3yo Maiden Plate, 1000m - is now 900m
Class 1 & Maiden SW, 2100m - is now 2300m
Cond BM68 Hcp, 1100m - is now 1200m

Fields remain unchanged with scratchings remaining as scratched.
