Steward Teague McDonald has conducted a track inspection of Kembla Grange and has reported the track is currently rated a Heavy 10.
Light rain is forecast overnight.
Mr McDonald will again conduct a track inspection tomorrow before 6am and decide whether to proceed with the meeting.
