Sunborn Veterinary Inspection Update (Entered Rosehill, Sat)

Racing NSW Stewards yesterday released that Sunborn, a runner in The Four Pillars at Rosehill Gardens on Saturday (30th October), was found to have some swelling in the near fore fetlock after trackwork.

Racing NSW General Manager-Veterinary Services, Dr Toby Koenig has this morning been informed by the stable veterinarian that the condition has improved but the mare will require further assessment before being passed suitable to race.

Dr Koenig will examine the mare tomorrow, in consultation with the stable veterinarian, to ascertain Sunborn's suitability to race on Saturday.
