Serpentine & Mahrajaan - Penalised For Sydney Cup
Please note the following penalties for the 2024 $2 million Group 1-Schweppes Sydney Cup (3200m) run at Royal Randwick on Saturday 13th April:
SERPENTINE (Ire) won the Listed-Randwick City Stakes (2000m) at Randwick on Saturday, 9th March 2024 and has incurred a 1.5kg penalty. Serpentine will now carry 52kg in the Schweppes Sydney Cup (3200m).
MAHRAJAAN (USA) won the Group 2-Auckland Cup (3200m) at Ellerslie (New Zealand) on Saturday, 9th March 2024 and has incurred a 2kg penalty. Mahrajaan will now carry 54.5kg in the Schweppes Sydney Cup (3200m).
