Racing NSW Hot Weather Policy - Warwick Farm 26 January 2021

Racing NSW and the ATC have been monitoring the forecast top temperature for the Warwick Farm race meeting scheduled to be conducted on Tuesday 26 January 2021.

Currently, the Bureau of Meteorology has predicted a top temperature of 38 degrees, with the temperature predicted to cool after 5:00pm. Accordingly, Level 2 of the Racing NSW Hot Weather Policy has been implemented for the meeting.

With the forecast over the last few days having fluctuated, Racing NSW and the ATC will continue to monitor the forecast and make a decision on Sunday 24 January 2021 as to whether the commencement of the meeting will be delayed to later in the day to allow for the majority of the meeting to be conducted in the cooler part of the day.
