The Single National System (SNS) is now delivering to the Thoroughbred industry nationally the capacity to provide participants with core industry functions on-line rather than completing paper based forms.

Racing NSW, in conjunction with Racing Australia, will again offer and request that 2022/23 licence applications are completed online this season via the SNS. Please note Racing NSW will not be accepting paper-based applications this season.

The online system for 2022/23 licences for the above mentioned categories have been activated and are now available.

All persons licensed in these categories during the 2021/22 season who have an email address recorded with Racing NSW will be sent an email containing instructions on how to complete this process.

If you do not have an email address recorded with Racing NSW or did not receive the mentioned email you should contact Racing NSW Licensing Department to provide a current email address that is not used or shared with another licensed person. Racing NSW will then arrange for the email to be sent to the email address provided.

Trainers are required to complete their 2021/22 application via their stable assist account. Those Trainers who do not have a Stable Assist account can be set up with an account and will receive login details from Racing Australia by email.

If you do not have a Stable Assist account and have not been issued with one and received your Stable Assist login details, please contact Racing Australia Licensing on 1800 954 143 to obtain.

All other licence types are required to access their licence application via their User Registration account which they used to licence in previous seasons. Persons who cannot recall their password used to login to the system should use the Forgot your password option found at the User Registration login page found at the link userreg.racingaustralia.horse/User/Login
