Great News - Scratched From Polytrack Provincial Championships Final
Trainer Kim Waugh has advised Racing NSW Stewards that Great News has sustained a crack to the off fore hoof, with associated bruising and a pulse in the same foot.
As a result, Great News has been scratched from the Polytrack Provincial Championships Final at Royal Randwick on Saturday.
High Court, the first emergency, now gains a start in The Final. Trainer Jeff Englebrecht has confirmed the gelding will take its place in the field.
