Behemoth To Undergo Veterinary Inspection (Saturday Morning)

A further veterinary inspection conducted by Racing NSW Veterinarians today of Behemoth, which is an acceptor in the Iron Jack Golden Eagle at Rosehill Gardens on Saturday, revealed the gelding has continued to display lameness in the near foreleg and is currently unsuitable for racing.

At the request of trainer David Jolly, Behemoth will be inspected on Saturday morning by Racing NSW Veterinarians, prior to the scratching deadline, to determine its suitability to start in tomorrow’s Golden Eagle.
