Waterhouse/Bott Stable Reports To Stewards

Co-trainer Adrian Bott has reported to Racing NSW Stewards in respect to the following horses.

Farnan – Was found this morning to have filling to its off-fore leg above the fetlock joint with associated low grade infection. The colt is being treated with antibiotics. Mr Bott has confirmed the colt has pulled up with no adverse effects from the Run to the Rose and but had not worked this morning following the identification of the filling in the off-fore, which is presumed to have occurred in the stable overnight. Mr Bott has been requested to provide Stewards with an update on the colt's condition later this week.

Taikomochi – Was found to have a lesion to its near fore suspensory after running in the Kingston Town Stakes and has been spelled. Accordingly, Taikomochi will not contest The Metropolitan and wagering operators are requested to remove the horse from the betting market.

Con Te Partiro – A decision has been made to retire the mare to stud effective immediately and wagering operators are requested to remove the mare from The Epsom market.
