Vale Mr Anthony Hodder (Private Funeral Service)

Racing NSW has been informed of the passing of former trackwork rider, Mr Anthony Hodder aged 56.

Mr Hodder was born in Cowra and passed away recently at Orange Hospital on October 13th, 2020.

"Tony was a real larrikin and was one of the best work riders I've seen - he had a clock in his head," said Bill Molloy.

"He worked for Kerry Walker and my son Andrew and also trainer Greg Mance. He regularly rode Caulfield Cup winner Cole Diesel in his work and Tony lived for fishing."

Due to current COVID restrictions, Tony will be privately farewelled by his immediate family and friends in the Waratah Chapel, Philpott’s Funeral Home, Cowra on Monday, 26th October 2020.
