Trainers Report To Stewards (Ocean Grand & Ready For Danger) - Ballina Thurs
Please see the following reports to Stewards for Ballina on Thursday (7th September).
Trainer Terry McCarthy has reported to Stewards that following its disappointing performance last start, an endoscopic examination of Ocean Grand (Race 4, no.6) revealed that the gelding was displacing its soft palate. Mr McCarthy advised that he has added a tongue tie to the gelding's official race gear in an effort to address the matter.
Trainer Matthew Dunn has provided a veterinary clearance for Ready For Danger (Race 8, no.5) which pulled up lame behind after its disappointing first-up run.
