Trainer Reports To Stewards - Old Man Sam (Provincial Championships Final)

Trainer Michael Tubman has reported to Racing NSW Stewards that Old Man Sam, a qualifier for the Provincial Championships Final to be conducted at Royal Randwick on Saturday, 14 April 2018, was found to be lame in the near hind leg due to a foot abscess.

Mr Tubman has advised that Old Man Sam has received veterinary care including applying a poultice dressing to treat the condition. Mr Tubman has further advised that Old Man Sam has continued to receive light work and will undergo a further veterinary inspection on Monday, 9 April 2018.

Old Man Sam will require a veterinary clearance prior to racing again.
