Please be advised trainer Matthew Stephens has notified Racing NSW Stewards that LOPE DE LARDES (number 14 - 3rd emergency), which is engaged in Race 6 at Queanbeyan on Tuesday 10th October, has undergone a throat operation since it last raced at Sapphire Coast on 26th December 2016.
