Trainer Peter Green - Granted A Stay Of Proceedings
Trainer Peter Green has lodged an appeal against the severity of the penalty imposed by Racing NSW Stewards after pleading guilty to two breaches of AR 240(2).
Mr Green’s trainer's licence was suspended for a period of 12 months at yesterday’s inquiry.
Mr Green has been granted a stay of proceedings pending the appeal hearing which is yet to be scheduled.
