Both DAZN and Fox Sports 1 will broadcast a bespoke 30-minute telecast, featuring a preview of the TAB Everest and the race itself.
Racing NSW Chief Executive Peter V’landys AM said the expanded international coverage reflects the growing global stature of The TAB Everest.
“The Everest has always sought to innovate racing and reach new audiences and this partnership with DAZN and Fox Sports allows us to do that on an unprecedented scale.
“We only need to get a fraction of the available audience to break all records for Australian racing,” Mr V’landys AM said.
The 2025 running of The TAB Everest will feature 12 of the world’s fastest sprinters competing for a total prize pool of $20 million, reaffirming its position as the richest race on turf.
Headlined by Ka Ying Rising from Hong Kong, the world’s highest rated sprinter, The TAB Everest will be run in front of a sell-out crowd at Sydney’s Royal Randwick Racecourse.
Foxtel Group CEO, Patrick Delany, said: “This partnership not only reinforces Foxtel Group's commitment to bringing the world’s best sport to Australians but also showcases the global reach and ambition we now have by being part of DAZN.
“Coupled with our existing relationship with Fox Sports US, the world’s richest horse race on turf can now be seen by viewers in over 200 countries around the world, showing how the Foxtel Group is putting local sport in front of a global audience.”
