Stewards Report On Graff (The Hunter, 16th Nov)

Racing NSW Stewards have been provided with the results of a lung wash performed on Graff following its disappointing performance in the $1M The Hunter at Newcastle on Saturday, 16 November 2019.

The lung wash revealed evidence of Graff having experience exercise-induced pulmonary haemorrhage (EIPH), most likely during the running of the event.

Mr Lees advised that Graff has now been spelled. He was advised that prior to Graff racing again it would be required to barrier trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards and be subject to a satisfactory veterinary examination including an endoscope, following the barrier trial.
