Stewards Inquiry - Trainer Kent Fleming (Cobalt Finding)
Racing NSW Stewards have to hand advice from two Official Racing Laboratories certifying the presence of cobalt at a concentration above the level excepted in AR178C(1) in a pre-race urine sample taken from Pitbull, trained by Gold Coast trainer Mr Kent Fleming, prior to the horse winning at the Ballina race meeting conducted on 26 December 2016.
An inquiry into the Analyst’s findings will be conducted at a time and date to be fixed at Racing NSW’s Druitt Street Offices.
