Stewards Inquiry - Natalie Lye
Stewards today reconvened an inquiry in relation to a charge of improper conduct against Ms Natalie Lye on Tuesday 20th June 2017.
Despite an assurance from Ms Lye that she would be present for today’s hearing, Ms Lye failed to appear.
In the circumstances the stewards were left with no alternative but to further adjourn the matter until Monday 31 July 2017, at which time Ms Lye has been cited to appear.
RNSW Stewards advise that should Ms Lye again fail to appear at the resumption of the inquiry, without due cause, consideration will be given to hearing the charge in absentia.
