Removal Of Tongue Tie - Eduardo (Rosehill, Sat)

Racing NSW Stewards have permitted trainer Joseph Pride to rescind the gear change submitted for EDUARDO, adding a tongue tie to the gear of the gelding for Saturday's $3m Nature Strip Stakes (1300m) at Rosehill Gardens.

Approval was given on the basis that Mr Pride indicated Eduardo had resented the tongue tie when applied this morning.

Eduardo will now wear Ear Muffs (pre-race only) and a lugging bit in Saturday’s race, the same gear he carried in The Everest.
