Spring’s record-breaking Sydney Everest Carnival shines on a final day this Saturday at Rosehill Gardens for Five Diamonds Ladies Day and the fourth running of the $2 million Listed-Five Diamonds.
The 10-race card includes the $1m Group 3-Golden Gift, which will qualify horses for next year’s $5m Gr 1-Golden Slipper, and the $500,000 Gr 2-Cincotta Chemist Hot Danish Stakes.
Australian Turf Club Head of Racing and Wagering, Nevesh Ramdhani said Saturday was the climax of a hugely successful Sydney spring program.

“Renowned UK trainer William Haggas and star jockey Cieren Fallon combine again in the Five Diamonds on Saturday after winning last year’s Golden Eagle.
“We also see a capacity field in the Golden Gift which historically sees the winner and second horses earn enough prizemoney to guarantee a start in the Golden Slipper."
